Nutrition Therapy

The Initial Session will include a full nutrition assessment to get to know you and your individual needs and welcome any questions you may have about our work together.

We may begin to explore your relationship with food, body image, your health history, and more. We will discuss the type of support you need, your goals, and your expectations for this work

 Initial Assessment – $230/ 75-minutes*

Follow-up Sessions are where most of our work takes place. We will explore your relationship with food and body. The first follow-up session is usually 7-10 days after your initial session.

As we work together, we will unpack challenges and develop personalized tools. You will be supported through your journey as you navigate through the discomfort and celebrate your progress together.

Follow-ups $170/hour*

6-month Coaching Packages

By the end of 6-months you will:

  • Eat foods you truly enjoy without stress, guilt, shame, or regret
  • Improve your relationship with food
  • Make more time to think about things other than food
  • Begin to trust your own hunger and distrust the rigidity of dieting
  • Learn how to take care of yourself in other aspects of your life
  • Stop obsessing over food and start enjoying and savoring it

Insurance + Payment Information

Many insurance companies provide coverage for visits with a registered dietitian, however, coverage varies between plans. If insurance declines to cover your sessions(s) for any reason, you are responsible for the full amount billed. Some health insurance providers offer out-of-network benefits to cover visits with a registered dietitian. We can provide you with a superbill at the end of each month to submit yourself for possible reimbursement. A superbill does not guarantee reimbursement (for clients based in Oklahoma or Texas only).

Reimbursements are based on your policy guidelines and benefits.  If you have questions about your out-of-network benefits, please ask. We will check your benefits for you.

We accept cash, check, credit/debit cards, HSA & FSA cards for initial and follow‑up consultations. A credit/debit card on file is required to secure appointments.
